§ 03 · PROCESS

Collection to delivery.
Six steps. Every one documented.

Secure enquiry

The file opens through the institutional enquiry channel. Cargo description, origin, destination, and timeline are confirmed under NDA where required.

Route assessment

The route is assessed against current corridor conditions. Vehicle type, escort configuration, timing, and staging points are planned before the movement is confirmed.

Collection and seal

Cargo is collected by a named custodian. Tamper-evident seals are applied and recorded. Condition and weight are documented before the vehicle departs.

GPS-monitored transit

The vehicle is tracked in real time throughout the movement. The operations center monitors the full leg. Any deviation from the planned route triggers an immediate response protocol.
